Shipping
We ship all orders by courier services, primarily FedEx. If you would like to use different courier, we would require your billing account number for the shipment.

Returns and Refund Policy
All sales are considered final and non-refundable. If a product is defective, a replacement part (of the same part number) will be provided through Silego's RMA process.
