I can't see the video.

I can't hear anything or I can't start a 1-to-1 conversation with the operator.
It is possible that the operator is currently having a 1-to-1 conversation with another visitor. Please be patient and he/she will get to you as soon as possible.
The operator can't hear me.
Please double check that your microphone is enabled and working properly. You may need to adjust the microphone boost and place the microphone closer so that your voice registers properly.
I keep getting an error connecting to the chat server.
In order for the chat function to work, port 6667 must be open and available. Make sure that your Windows Firewall and/or router is not blocking this port. For more help on how to open this port on your router please see your router's documentation or go to www.portforward.com.
It is also possible that some Antivirus programs may be blocking this port.
You may need to go into your Antivirus control panel and unblock port 6667 (sometimes called the IRC Communications port)
Step 1: Right click the McAfee Control Panel icon in you System Tray to open the Control Panel.
Step 2: Double-click on Access Protection to open up the Access Protection Properties
Step 3: Uncheck the Checkmarks located on the 'Prevent IRC Communication" Rule.
Step 4. Click Apply then Ok to save your settings.
