Silego GreenFET3 is the smallest complete load switch with Rds(ON) <7.8 mohm.

- 1uA Sleep and 70uA Active Mode power consumption
- External capacitor to adjust VS ramp rate
- VDD 2.5 to 5.5V
- Internal charge pump
