The first GreenPAK is a 2x2 mm one-time programmable Mixed Signal Array. GreenPAK has been designed to operate as a stand alone IC capable of performing many 4-bit and 8-bit microcontroller applications or GreenPAK (logic & analog) in conjunction with Silego’s GreenCLK (timing) and GreenFET drivers (power sequencing) product lines to remove up to 20 to 30% of all components on larger computation and communication system boards.

GreenPAKs are configured with GreenPAK Designer software and a USB-based GreenPAK Development Kit. The software is intuitive and configuration requires no programming language or complier allowing a designer to configure, program, and test their custom GreenPAK in mere minutes.
