Quality & Reliability Systems
Silego is compliant to the ISO 9001:2008 standard and is a Sony Green Partner. All products are RoHS and REACH compliant. The underlying manufacturing process from which all Silego designs are based is first established to be in statistical control and capable. Afterwards; designs are produced on that process using advanced design simulation tools. Following product & process validation and verification, the product is released to production then placed on an on-going surveillance monitor. A management review system ensures proper measurement of critical quality indices and a continuous improvement activity. Follow on customer service is provided to ensure complete customer satisfaction and problem resolutions.
