SILEGO Technology Announces Availability of DDR2-800 Clock Driver


Santa Clara -  March 15, 2006 - SILEGO Technology announced today the availability of samples of the SLGUA877B PLL for use on high performance DDR2-400/533/667/800 DIMM memory modules. The SLGUA887B is fully compliant to the JEDEC standard for registered clock driver CUA877 and will be available in production quantities in early Q2 of 2006. The SLGUA877B is packaged in a fully RoHS compliant, environmentally Green 52-pin BGA and operates with very low (<40ps) cycle-to-cycle jitter and very low (<40ps) output-to-output skew.

The SLGUA877B compliments the SLGSSTU32864MB and SLGSSTUA32866B Registered Buffers to provide a complete solution for the DDR2 Registered DIMM marketplace.
