Santa Clara - June 7, 2007 - SILEGO Technology recently introduced two new DDR2-800 registers for RDIMM manufacturers. The new devices SLGSSTUB32865 and SLGSSTUB32868 are available in 3 output drive levels (Standard Output Drive Level, High Drive Level and Low Drive Level) to allow DIMM module developers to better match register to DRAM loading. The new devices compliment existing DDR2-800 registers SLGSSTUB32864 and SLGSSTUB32866 which together with the SLGUA877 provides a complete DDR2-800 RDIMM solution.

The SLGSSTUB32865 and SLGSSTUB32868 are available now in lead-free 160-ball TBGA and 176-pin TBGA package and fully compliant to JEDEC Specifications.

These new additions to the DIMM product family complement our existing offering with new solutions for high performance server systems.
